Business Development Associate - Seeking solution-oriented sales professional that will be responsible for prospecting for new business and communicating with existing clients via phone and face to face. This role will also focus on manageing the execution of client deliverables, including written proposals, contracts, and presentations. Must have the desire, ability, and drive to develop and handle a mulit-state territory. Base + Excellent Commisssion + Residuals Plan + Benefits. ARSI has outstanding client retention and will provide salesperson with superior training, coaching, and ongoign support.
Administrative Assistants – You are highly responsive and a skilled Microsoft Office user who is able to manage your own and your manager’s calendar. You excel at anticipating others’ needs and like to organize everything within sight. You communicate with poise and professionalism. You are a master of multi-tasking and enjoy an ever-changing variety of tasks in addition to your core business duties. ARSI offers various types of Assistant positions and Administrative support opportunities in all departments; from client services, clerical, operations, legal, collections, technology and human resources. The assistant positions range from management, director, and occassionally executive level support. Although requires various skill sets, the most important of all requirements consist of: organization, reliability, and dedication. If choosing this position, please describe in which department you prefer to work and believe you are most qualified.
Clerical Department – You enjoy answering phones and efficiently routing them to the appropriate person. You greet everyone with a smile. You are a pro at Word and Excel and pride yourself on speed and accuracy. You enjoy performing a range of office clerical functions and like to move around the office during your workday.
Client Services /Business Development – You are an outgoing, self-starter who loves making calls on clients, as well as prospects, and who enjoys nothing better than providing world-class service. You are goal-driven, challenging yourself to meet and exceed your business development goals and the highest levels of client satisfaction. You have excellent listening and communication skills, and can quickly analyze any situation to reach the best solution.
Collectors – You love talking on the phone to consumers, helping them establish debt repayment plans that they can fulfill. You also have a bit of a private eye in your blood -- you enjoy skip tracing to find debtors who have temporarily disappeared. You are patient, yet assertive and can artfully lead a conversation to deliver results. You are self-motivated and thrive in an environment where your financial compensation is directly tied to your job performance.
Data Entry Staff – You have a razor sharp focus on high volume data entry with excellent accuracy. You prefer not spending a great deal of time talking on the phone, and like to work uninterrupted. You enjoy challenging yourself to achieve ever-increasing keystroke speed. You work with a sense of urgency.
Legal Assistants – You are familiar with some legal terminology, have a keen eye for details, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. You are patient, assertive, and professional at all times. You have great listening skills combined with the ability to maintain control of a conversation to achieve results. You have the ability to quickly analyze a variety of situations and provide accurate information.
