Collection Attorney - Accepting applications for Attorneys to work out of our Wichita or Dodge City offices and assist in all areas of business, including in-house counseling and civil collection litigation. Applicants will possess superior oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills; have the ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and produce in high quality work in a fast-paced environment.  No experience necessary.  Must possess a J.D. degree.

Business Development Associate - Seeking goal driven, solution-oriented sales professional that will be responsible for prospecting for new business and communicating with existing clients via phone and face to face.  This role will also focus on managing the execution of client deliverables, including written proposals, contracts, and presentations.  Must have the desire, ability, and drive to develop and handle a multi-state territory.  Base + Excellent Commission + Residuals Plan + Benefits. ARSI has outstanding client retention and will provide salesperson with superior training, coaching, and ongoing support. 

Administrative Assistants – Administrative Assistants provide professional support to executives and staff. Duties of the administrative assistants include assisting in daily office needs, extensive calendar management, and managing our company's general administrative activities.  These highly responsible positions require excellent oral and written communication, trustworthy to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality, the ability to prioritize work, and a high level of proficiency with MS Office.  Although various skills are required, the most important of all requirements consist of: organization, reliability, and dedication. 

Clerical Assistant – We are looking for a hard working, well-organized professional who is proficient in Microsoft Office, has the ability to multi-task, and takes pride in working efficiently with speed and accuracy.  Responsibilities include a wide range of clerical and receptionist office functions, such as providing telephone and walk-in customer service, data entry, document management, preparing and distributing mail, electronic filing, posting payments and errands.  Must have a valid drivers license.

Client Services Rep – Client Services Reps are motivated, team-oriented, and committed to providing superior levels of customer service. These professionals are have exceptional communication skills and demonstrate effective and professional service orientation.  They are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our clients, working as a primary point of contact to process files and requests as well as address and resolve client questions.

Collectors – Our Collection Account Managers must be customer service team players and possess a client service attitude with a strong work ethic.  Collection Account Managers are responsible for contacting consumers and advising them of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment, which requires evaluating consumer financial situation and making helpful suggestions and sending notices to resolve accounts.  Incumbents must be able to communicate with consumers with understanding, listening attentively to their needs to help them make plans to resolve their financial debt.  

Legal Assistants – This is a great place to start a career in the Legal field and join a hardworking, dedicated team.  Our Legal Assistants complete many routine administrative tasks and assist attorneys with legal work including research, court filings, data entry, communicating with consumers, and assisting the attorneys in court.  The position demands that incumbents are patient, assertive, and professional at all times; with great listening skills combined with the ability to maintain control of a conversation to achieve results. Good organizational, writing, and communications skills are a must. The position also requires strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working under a tight schedule while maintaining accuracy.

IT Technical Support - IT Technical Support Specialist are responsible for end-user support as well as basic installation and maintenance of the company's information systems infrastructure. This includes working with helpdesk ticketing systems, call recording software and phone systems.
